Warlock leveling tips [Low levels]

Hey,
While leveling my warlock I thought about these macros,and how they could streamline leveling for you : For every spell you get you would want to replace it on your bars with a macro like this,I know there must be a way to put a modifier in it so say if you hold down shift then it will not perform the petattack ( That would solve the problem of it attacking when you want it to stay; please post if you have a solution to this as id love to hear it! )

/cast Shadow Bolt
/petattack

2./petattack

Use the the second macro on your secondary target then quickly use your normal modified spells ( The macro ones ) on your primary target, This will get your pet to attack the secondary target once the primary is dead; so you wont have to wait to loot the primary target before letting your pet attack the secondary one.
Little side note,if you dont know what spell to use first; immolate > 3 shadowbolts usually does the job.

I've been playing World Of Warcraft for quite a while now,but did not know this until I started to level up a warlock,useful for newbies @ warlocks!

It's a pretty useless macro until you're raiding, I'm afraid; and even then it's only useful if you're affliction with all the shadow bolt buffs. Shadow Bolt is the most inefficient spell without the talents to prop it up, if you're drain tanking your DoTs and drain life will do more damage (plus if you pull 7-8 mobs like I do you won't have time to SBolt ), in demo you'd be better off incinerating (should you have the spell) or wanding; it MAY come in useful then, but I doubt you'd have the time to cast a 3 second spell considering your DoTs usually destroy the target beforehand

Some other good macros are the spell rotation ones

Casts your Corruption and Curse of Agony with one button by tapping this macro.

/castsequence reset=10 Corruption, Curse of Agony

Use: Haunts, then after casting Haunt uses Curse of Exhaustion. This macro resets (starts from beginning [1]Haunt -> [2]Exhaustion] when the following things happen. Target is switched, Combat is engaged/disengaged, and 5 seconds after casting Haunt.

/castsequence reset=target/combat/5 Haunt, Curse of Exhaustion
