There are 2 bots /hacks that blizzard allow, alot of guild use them, if u didnt know about Cosmos (cosmos.com) i belive. There is also CT-Raid, search google to find this (i highly suggest getting one of these two.

they're 3rd-party programs but they're not considered hacks or bots because they do not affect the code of the game nor allow u to do something that would be considered cheating. They just help organize things better .
