Nope, if someone reports you you'll just get a mail saying that you are "breaking the spirit of WoW" (ruining the game for others). They can't ban you for your "style of playing" so to say

If Warden detects you're running a bot, you're likely to get perm banned however. The odds are pretty small for Warden to detectthat you're running a bot however, you can make it more secure by changing the name of the .exe to something else then wow_imba_anti-afk_bot_lol.exe...
