[Website] Spora Redesigned. With Pics!

I decided to redesign spora and make the image a "full screen" image, and redesign the text and look of things for a new feel, it was getting old and about time for somthing new so here's what i did so far. going to keep updating and adding more and more features to it also. So far its just the looks, with a few diffrent types of backgrounds but i'll have tools ect... added in the future. Its for ArcEmu and all the proper credits are in the readme and also below..
