[Arcemu][NCDB] Get class quest spells onto trainers

Greetings all!

This is a little workaround I came up with for my server for class quests.
If you want to put all of the spells players would normally get from doing class quests directly onto the trainer, this file will do that.

**Because there are two different racial types of Paladin Mounts, they are not in here**

This is a decent workaround to use, and it solves the problem of players not being able to get things like Tame Pet (useless atm anyway, but whatever), Bear form, Berserker Stance, etc etc.

Fixing the quests is better, but until then this will work.

To use this file, open your DB editing program and go to the table 'trainer_spells' in your World DB. Right click it and import data from CSV.

Tested on an arcemu variant core (equal to Arcemu 2002+) and NCDB47 DB.
