Here is a php script that i wrote for the server i was gonna make

Staff Application Script

What it basically is, is a webpage for users to fill out the form's that are on the page and once they finish click submit and it will send it to the database

then i have another script in there that allows you to read the applications

please notify me of any bugs you find

be sure to execute the sql query and modify the Config file as well : )

this is the line its erroring on

I haved fixed the bugs and made a new read script for the admins if you want it...

I will archive it and give link to the download in this post . I will make the index.html bgcolor be black though.
