Hello there everyone.
2 months ago I sold my rogue to some guy for 800 euros, and last week, I took it back (I am the original owner, so I sent my passport ID to Blizzard, and then they gave it back to me) because he was very inactive (he didn't level it, or get it any newer gear).
Then abit later that sent me an e-mail saying "I have contacted the police, and I will sue you if you don't give me my account back - bla bla bla".
I spoke to some friends, and with Verye (The WoW Lawyer), and they said that he was probably bluffing and I shouldn't give it back and so on.
So I get a new e-mail from him today saying:
"You still have not given me my property back! Do that until Sunday noon or I'll drag you in front of the court. As the credit card of your mother was used to authorize payment, it will not only be you accused by me, but it will be your mother also.
And just to add something: you very well knew that you were stealing from me. You couldn't know that I was level 70 without stealing the account BEFORE and looking it up. Then you saw that it is an actively paid account and you still logged in the rogue and left my guild. You will not get away with your pity attempt of an excuse.
You have time until Sunday noon."
So what should I do now, is he bluffing so I should keep the account and leave him behind?
- Or is he for real, and I should give it back without getting into any troubles?
Thanks in advance,
Scarecr0w.
