Extract this in your database then add the item 99993 to a vendor.
Then you rightclick the item and you should get a buff named Arena Preparation.

that makes your Runic power to work.

BUG:it says that every1 can use it but when another class than deathknights rightclick, It says,"they can never use that item".

But that also makes all your spells costless, so you can spam death coil etc...

So.... that fails. we need a core fix. Which is out in the latest rev already!

This spell Reduces the spell cost not the cooldown, and if you dont like it dont download. Also if you only want Dks to use it, just add it to a special vendor at Dks starting place.

The problem is if a mage/priest or any spell caster gets this item, they can have infinate heals with no cost! The only restriction is global cooldown.

Spawn a vendor at Dk starting Area, Only Dks can be there.
Then add item to him/her.
