Hello im a scammer and i am scamming accounts and selling them for money but when i make new paypal accounts they get limited do i need to use a proxy or something :S i will give rep to who can help

PayPal accounts get limited, because they are not verified. They won't get limited only after You have added a credit-card and bank account.

to fix this use a canadian paypal or australian paypal. I know for a fact that canadian paypal can get $650 a month and send $3,222. Only log onto ur paypal with a proxy. Read Parog's guide and find a proxy in US for faster service. Only log onto the paypal from 1 ip address, they ban you if u log onto alot so tor is bad for that. If you need quick info for making a Canadian paypal or AU paypal use the fake name generator (forgot where I got this but its from this site)
