    Moneybookers.. Scammers don't use it.. only Legit People do :P and you can get scammed by using it

    Its funny how you actually need to buy it and it also gives you an option to buy it with paypal.
    Eh, Well I don't understand How we buy it if we don't have verified paypal with buy it with.
