but i dont want to get risk of ban and stuff so i was wonderign if someone wants to go on the ccount and scam some gold on my server then trade me it, it would be much appreciated

Don't do this!
This will only result in both of the accounts getting banned.
The best thing to do is scam the gold and sell it.
Otherwise, the victim will get the gold back, and your accounts will be banned.

There is a chance, yes. But that doesn't occur always.

Best choices would be to keep scamming gold on it, or change all the info on the account and sell it off to someone

Depends on the gold that you gave them, and if it is to them only or to other people also. Another thing is the method that you used to give them gold. With /trade is most likely to get you. If you've just bought some auctions it might work fine =)

Yes, there is a slight chance of him getting banned. If the person reported it to a GM, the GM will most likely look into it.
