what does a vcc on its own do? without a bank account

hey, im thinking about buying a vcc on its own... (no bank account)
so if I got a vcc and added it to my UK paypal account (or any country).
what would that actually do?

because apparently u need a bank account to make ur paypal verified. so what will a vcc on its own do to make it any different to an unverified account? will I actually be able to spend money?

It will just allow you a higher spending limit.

Increases spending limit. I think up to $500.

awesome so, if I added a vcc to my empty paypal.

then if I made loads of money by getting full info of wow accounts and selling them to accounts.com and then getting like $100 per account and eventually get like $400 for example.

would I not be limited if I tried buying something online that was $400?

No you would get limited it just raises the limit YOU can spend.

I don't know ask Paypal this is probably why you just need a bank account to verify Paypal.

ok ive found out that some countries only require a vcc to be verified so im gonna sign up for an irish paypal account then add a vcc to that so im fully verified would i be able to spend $400 then without being limited? because I would be fully verified and everything

Kεяusнιι doesn't know what he's talking about. Adding a VCC to a US paypal is perfectly alright, it raises your spending limit to like 600/month. Which means you can send and receive 600 dollars a month without being limited. Which means you can spend whatever money you make so long as it's under 600 dollars per month. I've done this for a while on lots of different paypals, but be wary that they can and eventually will randomly limit your account(s), so don't leave money just sitting in your VCC added unverified paypal. Spend it when you get it.
