    [Help] am i screwed?

    tried getting an account banned. got the following email. i have the email i changed it to but not the OO email address which i assume the password was sent, right now the account is tempbanned. i could still recall the pass via the password recovery/email change form, and it still goes to the email i changed it to. do you think the account will be restored? can i stop it? i transferred the toon to a fresh account

    As far as for your issue,

    The Person that will Relieve the email only have 72 hours to change pass or any other information, after the 72 hours the email form Blizzard is Expired. Meaning it will not work.

    The other person how ever still can re-call the account by phone with his information, is he still remembers it or has it. After Temp ban anyone could take it. I doubt he will, He might think it's Perm Ban.

    When things get into confusion for Blizzard they usually start asking for ID and Faxing Form. so Be careful and try not to make too much of a mess. At some point they will just Perm-Ban the account.

    Got an email from blizzard first stating:

    "We were unable to provide a preliminary restoration for your situation.

    Further contact will be provided as soon as possible by the Specialist staff, who will attempt to fully restore your characters."

    and then one after it, detailing account recovery instructions. to (hopefully) convince the OO not to try recovering the account i sent a permaban letter (reason being selling/trading account which is a fact).

    do you think they can still restore the character? even though the account is suspended until id is sumbitted?
