Great job man, nice program.
In my case the following works and doesn't work:

Working: No Fall Dmg, MC, TP to Plane, & Float
Not Working: Walk Underwater, and (of course) tracking.

Whether I'm in the water already or on land walking into water, if I enable water underwalking I get d/c'd. The tracking doesn't seem to work at all. I only play Hunter (I know ghey right?) and perhaps this ware is conflicting with the already existing tracking abilities?

In any case thanks for the easy to use MC, and TP2P Trainer, +rep.
