Gold Scam [Very Easy]

Okay, this could be a repost... though I haven't found anything like it and it just pasted by in my mind.

Requirements:
- An account that isn't worth anything (probably will be suspended)*
- A friend you can trust or just an other account wich you'll use as the 'victim'.
- Pretty much gold (you can double it so the more the better)


Introduction:
Okay, this 'scam' is on the edge of Common Sense so spare the reply's like: "omfg common sense". Thanks.


The Scam:
Okay, as I said before it's really easy. All you need to do is Scam Yourself. Sounds weird doesn't it? Exactly! That's also what the GM's will think.

Step 1; Login to the 'Worthless Account' (Later on called 'WA') and make a friend login on your 'main' account wich will be the victim. Act like you don't know eachother.
Step 2; Use the 'WA' to say in the 'Trade Channel' something like WTS WoW TCG Loot Cards. (Here is the full WoW TCG Scam)
Step 3; Let your friend with your 'main' whisper the 'WA' and say you want to buy a Loot Card for like 10k gold.
Step 4; Just meet your 'main', trade the gold and run with your 'WA' to the nearest AH. Make sure your 'main' freaks out, make it look real.
Step 5; Buy some nice epics with the 'WA' and try to get rid of most the money.**
Step 6; Logoff with your 'WA' and let your 'main' make a ticket wich says your scammed by selling a TCG Loot Card. You actually have been scammed so you're 'main' is (almost) ban-free.


Conclusion and further explaination:
If everything went correct a GM will give the 'scammed' money back to your 'main'. And takes the remaining money from your 'WA' (at least this is the way it went for me). They did not take the items (again this is what happened with me, perhaps a GM will take your bought items. In that case I won't take any responsibility.). And your 'WA' receives a suspension (or a warning, though the chance on a permanent ban is nearly 1%, but still possible) exept if your account isn't clean.

* = Make sure your 'WA' doesn't have any warnings, this could cause failure of the scam.

After your 'WA' has received the suspension just go play with your 'main' and wait till the suspension is over. After that ship the epic('s) over to your 'main' and sell them. Or you could sell them with your 'WA'. That doesn't make any difference.

Now you're richer.

this scam won`t work because Blizzard won`t give you the gold back since it is against their policy to sell loot cards and other real life stuff for gold in-game and the opposite to ( that`s what a GM told me atleast ).

Yeah, was thinking about adding my own twist around the TCG. but indeed will definintely use, as its simple and easy to talk yourself out if it goes wrong!

IMO this wont work, GMs are not going to suddenly give all your money back without first checking into it. This is pretty well known which means a GM is likely to know what u have done. if you do this u are risking losing the money and items all together but i doubt a permanent ban. permanent bans are usually only issued if you are directly affecting the gameplay of others

I know their policy says they will not refund it to the 'victim', but I doubt they don't refund it. Everyone I know that has been scammed, also including my own victims, got their gold back. So, they don't really follow their policy on that part, I believe.
