The great turtle scam! In new eyes.

The best way to scam for gold!

    What you need:

    A lvl 1 char
    A mainchar
optional a scammed account for cleaning the money.

But if a Gm should contact you, you have provided the product as promised.
And the code of dont work, so then the guy will contact the real gold selling webpage that you claim to work for.
That way it will take alot of time before he contacts a GM.

The idea of this scam is not mine, I will only provide you with a way to seem legit.
All creds for the main idea to some other smart scammer :>

    Make these as macros

    - To get attention -

/2 MMOINN is selling *item* cheap today only!

    - Introduction -

    Pick one

/r We have been instructed to sell these mounts [or anything] today, because we have some orders that
we cant supply right now, and therfore we need gold.

/r Our supervisor gave us these codes to sell to you tonight becasue or gold supplies are dry, we need to complete
    some orders asap.

/r Hello my name is Rick, I understand that you are interested in [item], is this correct?

/r Hello! my supervisor gave me this codes to sell them for [price] because ord gold supplies are dry.
Meet me at [location] so we can make a deal.

    - Instructions -

/r When you give me the gold I will give you the code and repeat 5 times, then I want you to repeat the code for me so
that I can be sure that you got it right. If you should lose the hold of this code please contact or live support at
[real gold seller address] and give them your recipie number that you will get from me as soon as I have made the recipe.

    - Price discussion -

/r I have to talk to my supervisor to agree to a new price.

/r My supervisor agreed to the price that you suggested.

    - The trade -

/r Now, can you please provide me with your mail so that I can send you a recipe?

/r Thanks, after the trade you will get a mail from use with the recipie code.

/r Please open a trade window with me and put in the ammount that we agreed on.

/r thank you, I will now provide you with the code 5 times in a row. Please write it down and then write it back to me so
    that I can confirm.

    /r code
    /r code
    /r code
    /r code
    /r code

    /r Please repeat.

    /r That is correct

/r Its been a plesure doing business with you, hope you enjoy your new [product]

Now you have an idea of how you can scam people, and also seem very legit.
And almost forgot, send them a mail with linFox Domain :: Anonymous Emailer :: Send emails to anyone from any address! (no creds to me for this link)
so that they _really_ think that this is legit

Also do the standar delet your lvl 1 char after sending the gold to your main, and then make a new one with the same name
and go kill some mobs (no creds for this part for me)
Or clean the money in any other way.

Would reccomend to use this on clean account with no warnings and so on.

    Think that is all glhf!

    Edit:

I took this code from some other post about scamming, so no creds to me for the code. But I edited it so it can be used to send out a fake recite to the victim to gain more trust!
JUst copy and paste this one into the fake email generator and send it from the gold sellers email that you pretend to be.

    Here is the code:

Looks like a repost to me, but always nice to see ready-made professional lines you can use for this scam

Ah yeah; I eventually made a giant "scam script" in a text file with many cut-and pasteable lines because I'm an incredibly shitty typist. Although I use the Tiger instead of the turtle. And yes, plenty of people still fall for it.

    Yeah, Dude,
    Uhmm.
It's against the Rules to sell The codes In-game,
So you'd get banned anyway mangg

Selling the TCG Codes via in-game, would count as trading Gold for non in-game items,
    which is against the rules.

The TGC card scams are so well known these days...
I used to pull this stunt awhile back, but its tired and well known.
I'll believe that you made 45,000 gold of this, cause I know that's a reachable number for this scam, but I have no faith that you did this recently.
