He made the mastery page think he had more points that he had, therfor specing into utility several times ganing more than 100% CDR on summoner spells, but its has been patched/fixed/made imposible to do again.

Saw someone doing it today, as usual if you call someone out on it you get permaflamed as a troll, and riot is still so arrogant they won't even put in a report option for it lol.

You did not see some one do it, you probably got confused by something and thought thats what it was.

I managed to get each click equal 7 points for each mastery but when you save you get an unexpected error. Doesn't work
