Chinese artwork in loadingscreen posible?

So i downloaded the chinese client to try to get all the artwork on to my euw client. imanaged to get all the artwork everywhere exept the loadingscreen. anybody have any clues about which files should go where, and stuff like that to get the artwork to the loadingscreen? i'll upload an complete pack if i get some help :3

//and yes i have serched quite alot on the subject but i can't find any helpfull information. but what do i know i am maybe just super bad at serching .

Skin Installer Ultimate does this i think. idk.
