Any advice how I can effectively go forward against the spoofers/booters who level down arenas / and put their accounts in?

I'd like to start a "robin hood" mission and kick them all out until they are silent (bot/spoofer multiple).

How can I level down multiple gyms and destroy those idiots in the fastest way?

Haven't used an account until yet, what would be your recommandations?

EDIT: Also i would like to ask: Is there any service of people who do this as a job? Kinda a paid service to fight certain gyms with certain behavior patterns? I hope someone knows someone and it is a thing, would make use of it if it exists or if someone is interested in that kind of thing.

I doubt anything can be done. My neighbourhood all occupied by level 40, Level 10 gyms, Blissey and Snorlax 100 IVs......cant even get a single gym for rewards.
