Not a single lapras or other evolution of a water pokemon, only basic water pokemon :/

I got 2 Lapras, 1600 and 2000 plus CP, but zero shiny

but on 3 of the 8 accounts i bot i have 1 shiny magikarp

My friend who just sit in his office waiting for pokemons to come have a shiny magikarp which was evoluted!
