How to use Fake GPS + Pokemon Go Plus + Tin Foil Paper at the same time?

So Ive been gone from POGO for some time and decided to play with it again after there are finally some pogo plus going around. Been using Fake GPS + Foil paper to prevent rubber banding, now my issue is I won't be able to connect to my Bluetooth (thus no POGO plus) if I want to keep myself from rubber banding. So it goes:

No rubber banding = Fake GPS + Foil paper on phone

or

Yes rubber banding = Fake GPS + POGO plus

Is there a way to combine all three so I can catch pokemon without rubber banding and be able to use my POGO plus?

What is this rubber banding you speak of?

For some phones, when they use fake gps to fake their location sometimes their character gets ping back to their real location, this makes the game recognizes the gps spoof and will sometimes result in soft bans.
