Q. How do I buy and receive my account?
A. When you buy from Selly, you can choose an email for the account details to be sent to, or it would be sent to your Paypal email. If you feel more comfortable buying from me directly, you can also contact me using the contact info below.

Q. Why does my account appear to be new and at Level 1?
A. When you first login to your account, it will be just like logging into a new account. When you're done customizing your avatar and choosing your name you'll automatically level up to the level of the account you bought, and have all the Pokemon listed.

Q. My login credentials appear to be wrong?
A. All passwords are case-sensitive. I try to avoid it, but if you get a password with capital i's and lowercase L's make sure you get those correct.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. All of my accounts are PTC accounts, so you have to login to the Pokemon Trainer Club website here.

Terms Of Service

I offer a 6 hour warranty on all accounts. The reason this isn't lifetime is only because there are things you can do out of my control that could put your account at risk. Due to the nature of this kind of business I can't offer a replacement after this period. If the account you receive on purchase has any issues, you'll receive a replacement or full refund.

after threatening to make a PayPal dispute, he finally replied in Minutes asking me not to do so. He told me he will refund me... Hours later he "claims" he tried sending back the money.. He "claims" he doesnt know why the refund is not processing...

I mean I understand why you're upset, but paypal really did put your refund on pending like I told you. I replied to you within' hours because this isn't my full time job, I have other responsibilities. I don't know what kind of service you were expecting, but as soon as there was an issue with your account you were refunded as promised by my terms of service.
