What are you doing? You asked if we do refunds and we answered 'yes'. Why on earth would you file a dispute? We instructed you to send us an email so that we can match your purchase.

Did we not answer your question? Did we not state that your satisfaction was important? Did we not ask you to send us an email? There is no need for all of this drama. If you are not satisfied with your account, we can give you a choice of other accounts you may prefer or issue you a refund. It's very simple really.
So, again...PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL so that we can match who you are to this purchase. We do get MANY transactions daily.

Your matter is resolved. This is now in PayPal's hands. By filing a dispute, you complicated the process. If you would have allowed us to handle your matter professionally, you could have received your money in 5 minutes. Since you chose to file a PayPal Dispute, this is going to take longer.
