am i soft banned? cannot purchase in shop

I got a warning that pop up. now when i go to shop, i cannot purchase anything. I only see the purchase for coins, but i do not see the purchase for pokemon balls or bag upgrade. Anyone got the same thing as me?

You have been warned by Niantic & shadow banned for either using CapturePokemon which uses a cracked API or buying an account that was botted.

FYI you will only be able to catch common pokemon.

that is not good.. i brought this account from someone else.. how do i remove the shadow banned? does it take 2 weeks or is this permament? I click on shop and try to purchase coin and it give me this error "Something went wrong. Please try again"

Nobody knows, warnings were said to go away within a week or two but shadow ban could be permanent its too new and thus far noone has been unbanned.
Use third party API for anything get shadow banned, RIP bots, RIP 3rd party access to API.

that is not good. so we can't even use bot for getting po****p and regular pokemon for stardust?
