IV rename tool?

I rename my Pokemon using pokebot ninja, which has built in IV scores.
On my main account, unbotted/unsniped etc, i only take a snapshot and load into poke genie on my iphone.

Niantic has just introduced new software, where if it detects use of any 3rd party software could get you at least a softban/warning. On a couple of my accounts i now cant see or catch rare Pokemon.
For instance loads of Ryhorn about at present but some accounts are unable to see catch, even if i were standing on it!
Whether this ban will be short term or fully banned later, who knows.
On another account, which has warning i can see the Ryhorns, wish a dratini spawned by me i could check this out on several accounts.

Also read that in future, the warning may mean, not being able to fight in gyms, again who knows?

With poke genie, it just gives u a rating, its not linked to pokemon. So you have to type in rating manually into your pogo account. Not the quickest!
However it appears safe...

where comes the data from? if its pulled from niantic server its as safe as any other bot.
