unskill69, can you please have a look at the transfer options. The bot only transfers the first poken you have setup and ignores all others.
My settings is as follows:

<transferer value="21>CP>200>HARD;16>CP>200>HARD;19>CP>200>HARD;"/>

The bot will transfer Spearow, but will not transfer Pidgey or Ratata
