No, only time I received a ban was when it rubber banded while caching pokemon or fighting in gyms.

depends on how far u will teleport. if the gyms are located far from eachother then u will receive softban

edit: just put some time between the spoofs + u got a joystick so maybe spoof to a location where u know there are allot of gyms at walking distance ...
so u can walk from gym to gym ...

I know there is always a chance of bans , but how would you describe this as far being safe if you just spoof from your house to maybe 10 miles down the road to some good poke stops to restock on supplies etc. Not doing anything major like sniping across the state/country.

U can if u know how to root, n unroot.
step 1 root the phone with auto root, n install super su, make sure it's root n with root access.
step 2, install spoofing GPS app u like,
step 3, download lucky patcher from browser.
step 4, open lucky patcher, click on the spoofing app, click tools, select convert to system app.
step 5, open developer option, go to mock gps location, n select the spoofing GPS app.
unroot the phone.

I'm using an Android 6.0, and I'm constantly being sent back to my current location from the spoofed location. It typically only lasts a second, but the frequency is increasing and I'm worried that it's going to get me banned.

I have tried:
-Switching the GPS speed in Fly GPS to "fast"
-Switching the GPS speed in Fly GPS to "normal"
-Changing from WiFi to Mobile Network
-Wrapping tin foil on the back of the phone

None of these things worked; I still get randomly teleported back to my starting location (again, it only lasts for a second on "fast" in the joystick/GPS speed).

Has anyone tried anything else which has worked for them?
I'm really worried about getting banned with the amount of times this is happening; it's been occurring more and more frequently since I've started using the app.

Does anyone know how long it takes the server to realize your location? Is that 1-2 second teleport from the spoofed location to where I actually enough time to update with the server (which puts me in danger of a ban)?

Yes, you can get soft ban if you teleport, or sometimes if rubber banding happens too often (where you get teleported back to actual location)

I have received soft bans from the rubber banding. You also get this when you see "Network Error" or "Error" when you try to fight in gym or catch pokemon - you get teleported back whilst trying to play the game.

I have noted reduced rubber banding by:
1) Switching GPS speed to slow in Fly GPS
2) Disable Fused Services in system app (but this will require the device to be rooted)

Ran it on my Nexus 5X on Nougat, but find the rubber banding severe - every 2-3 seconds, making it unusable.
