Glad the post was usefull to some of you.
This is exactly what I did. Spent $60.00 got to lvl 24, got bored, botted a bit, and got banned.
Suggested sticky, nothing would make me happier than to see niantic & nintendo loosing money, even if it's just a little bit.
Same as this, I spent around 40 bucks because I was enjoying playing with my friends and brother and sister, GPS spoofed to catch region specific Pokemon because that's bullshit in the first place, and got banned on my main for it, that's why I now have multiple accounts running bots because Niantic can eat a dick
I'm one of those players from the rural areas & it became tedious to play this game so I tried botting to get unregistered Pokemon & get items. Never have I ever took over a gym yet I still got banned. I know this probably would occur but it sucks that my account's one of those who got banned in the first wave, especially because I made quite a few purchases.
I tried getting a refund on my most expensive purchase & only got this message instead:
Hi,
We received your refund request for 1,200 PokéCoins (Pokémon GO) , but we can’t provide a refund for this purchase because it is outside of our refund policy.
You can learn more about Google Play refund policies here: Refund & user policies - Google Play Help.
If you’re requesting refunds for an app (or in-app), it’s best to get help directly from the app’s developer. Developer contact information can be found in the Google Play store by searching for the app and scrolling down to "Additional Information."
To prevent accidental or unwanted purchases in the future, we recommend that you turn authentication on or change your password.
