Short version:
1. i bought an account from ahilisononfire (his epicnpc username) or makos1337 (his ownedcore username) for 200$
2. he claimed he never received the money, was being wishy-washy, and then has not logged on for a few days or has blocked me on skype
3. i called Skrill (the company i used to send him money) and they said the money was already transferred and received and that there was nothing they could to


P.S., as you can see from the skype conversation, i was trying to negotiate with him towards the end. i was unsuccessful in my attempt to convince him to refund me even HALF of the money. i was desperate and i am desperate to get back the 200$ that this individual stole from me.

makos1337 has been banned for scamming. If you paid using your credit card then you should contact your credit card company to recover the funds.

Otherwise my only advice is to always do a quick background check on anyone you intend to do business with.
