Explain what happened:
Had a GM account for sale that had decayed. Paid $200 for the account and boost to Top 500. The day the season ended he told me he would get the account as high as he could, and would do placements for me next season since he wasn't gonna hit Top 500. Said he would get the account to me as soon as the season ended. Asked high how he placed on his main and he replied with a pic then stopped responding. The next morning I asked about the account to which then he asked me for an email that I wanted the account tied to. After not hearing from him all day, I went on paypal and disputed the charge since I thought I was getting scammed. He responded after I told him I disputed the charge, and told me if I wanted a refund, he would give it to me, but if I wanted the account he wouldn't do anything till the dispute was closed. Like an idiot I closed the dispute, to which he replied with logging in. 2 days later after messaging him a bunch of times he replied saying the email I gave was tied to another account. That was completely my fault as I accidentally gave him the email address to one of my smurfs....he then asked for another email. At this point I was gonna give him one last chance, and I went and made a new email and gave it to him and he hasn't responded since.
