Explain what happened: he was selling ow's gm accounts for 45-50$, i asked him to make it something like 35-37$ and he agreed before i sent him the money i told him that i need a proof that he has this account, and he gave me the username/password, but refused to give me the code to authentiatcte what is he talking about
so we had a long discussion and was just scammed for like 122$, and i told him that im going to send the money, and i did 37$ to be exact, for a 4100sr account

then he went to cs:go and used the money to buy weapon or shit like that, and he refused to give me the rest of the infos (code/sq/email/pass)
he also tried to hack into my PayPal, and asked me to pay him 15$ more using cs:go keys and refused to refund me or anything, and basically blocked me on discord
