I agree it's not good when scammers manage to fraud themself into ID verified status, but with forged documents and other illegal methods to manipulate the system criminals will always find a way to outsmart us. Sadly it looks like this one person managed to manipulate our control procedures. I will make sure our systems are improved to stop this happening again in the future.

I think the trade moderators on OC deserves a big salute for all the hard work they put down to give you this marketplace and opportunity to buy/sell/trade virtual items for amazing prices and super quick delivey times.

If you haven't noticed, people can put in fake names on paypal. VCC's exist.
Sure you guys are doing great, but you could be doing a lot better. It just takes the right know-how. I'll take some blame in that I was too eager to get my Masters account that I didn't notice he was only a member of the forum for about a week. But, this could be prevented easily with reverse image search, certain forum systems that involve more than an ID to get verified, and making it harder to get a fuck ton of profile badges that make you look legit even though you can be a scammer.

Earn trust over time, not with money. That's how the system should be.
