Explain what happened: Purchased account from this person. Paid via Paypal $20. He comes back saying I'm $1.50 short (taken via paypal fee). Refuses to give me account unless I paid the $1.50. Fine. Sent the extra $1.50. Let him know money sent. He proceeds to be inactive for 2hrs on Skype, and then blocks me. Unable to message him without being added to contact list/unblocked.

He had no feedback, sure sure my fault. Oh well. It isn't big money to me - just a warning for other people. Can always charge back via Paypal/bank.
