Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: I bought the Account on 25.05.17. We used a middleman and i got the account and he got the money. Fine so far.
i changed the email address and password on the account, but he still had the opurtunity to change the email address via account owner id photo and the blizzard support. And that's what he basically did. I got an email from blizzard entertainment that the email address got changed and after that i had basically no chance to get access to the account.

The reason i do this now is because i was on vacation for 2 weeks and i got the email address and checked if i could login to my account or not. But i had bad internet connection and no access to the skype conversation.

I hope nothing is missing otherwise i will add it.
