Scammed by Sugoichan

Hi Mods,

Please ban Sugoichan. He is the same person as Cjcrooze that got banned for selling OW accounts and recovering them.

Sugoichan sold me an Overwatch account. Right after, he submitted a ticket to recover the account by providing his ID to Bliz. On 04/30/17, Blizzard resolved it and returned the account to him. I filed a dispute calling him out on his bullshit. He played innocent and said he will help me recover account. I checked his profile and notice a user was calling him a scammer too. Turns out he scammed that user TWICE as well on different names. He also sold that user the same account that was sold to me. When I asked why do I have account if the account is supposed to be for that user, he got hostile and removed me some skype. Scam was $40 for OW account that he recovered.
