Saw this posting and reached out to him about the account. Agreed on $180 dollars for the account and I was given all the information, secrets answer ect. It was agreed that anything that if there was any issues I would be reimbursed. Five days later a ticket was submitted from someone else about the account being 'hacked' and it became locked. I reached out to the seller to try to get it solved, I also put in a dispute with PayPal but didn't escalate it just wanted to put the money on hold. He claimed that he didn't submit the ticket, but still said he was willing to reimburse me. He offered other accounts but nothing came out of that. I've now reached out to him multiple times on different days with no answer. The account, since then, has been recovered and accessed by someone other than myself two days ago with me being locked out completely. He completely is trying to run with the money.

I highly advise you to initiate a dispute on PayPal to claim your money back.

In future, please make sure you look up the person you are trading with by checking his email & Skype on google.
