Explain what happened: asked for a mod account, price was 15 USD, couldnt paid with PayPal cause of my location (he wanted "Family and Friends"), so i bought a steam gift card and gave it to him, and he disappeared.

Damn I didn't see that, he just scammed me 30$, Remove this post asap! After scamming me he blocked me on Skype and after that I tried to reason him trough kik but he left pretty quickly. Please stop him.
