Legendary and Premium Threads

I was just wondering since it's not possible for your thread to be Legendary and Premium at the same time, why not make the Legendary option give your thread the Premium feature (Green or Red) as well.

I personally want the Premium thread so buyers can leave me a positive feedback, but since my thread is Legendary that's not possible now unless I get rid of the Legendary option.
