Unable to Reset Password

[PasswordResetDoesntWork]

I have been trying for the past month or so to get access to my main account Razmataz. I read that there was a huge password reset which would explain why my old password doesn't work, but whenever I try to go through the 'forgotten your password' process it claims that an email has been sent, yet I never receive it.

I then tried to make a new account using a similar email address and didn't get an activation email for that account either, so i've resorted to (and successfully) logged on using a temporary email address. Any help with getting back on my old account would be much appreciated.

Send me a private message where you include:
LINK your old profile
State any infractions on the account
State any namechanges on the account
State any bans/suspensions on the account
What IP did you register with?

If you fail to do so, then we cant help.
