Increase leniency for avatar settings (At the cost of CC?)

I'd like to be able to use bigger, both in file size and pixel size, avatars. Also gifs. I set my avatar to be a gif a really long time ago, and currently I can't set it to a new gif despite it meeting both size requirements.

Maybe make different "size tiers" that people can purchase for CC so they can use gifs / bigger avatars?

I would be more than willing to drop some $ for this.

we disabled gifs for users for a reason So not being added back right now. I will take it up with rest of staff tho
