captcha - can you remove it or change how does it works

I am making this thread cause i am tired of stupid things captcha gives us,sometimes is so boring to get trough same thing over and over.I would like to ask or suggest, can u remove it for donors or active members,or for ppl who have 100 or more rep points.I am sure many ppl who have lots of threads here share same feelings about this issue.Thanks

On thread bumps,i noticed it only there.I have several threads and sometimes each of them requiares multiple captcha attempts.
