[Suggestion] Can't delete my own thread as 'site leecher'

Hi guys.
A few days ago, i was i troubles: I made a thread regarding a bug in Toc. Unfortunately, it was a repost, so i had to delete it.
However..
I couldn't. I experienced, that as Site Leecher, you can't delete your own thread. Yes, i was looking at 'Edit', and here is what i saw:

Yup, you're right! No Delete button.
Vinland helped me out by contacting a Moderator, and my thread is now deleted.

But please; We need a Delete-Button D:
