Allow members to upload files to the forums?

Would you guys like to be able to upload files to the site?
All files of course would be tested through virustotal.com and require moderator approval before they became viewable to all other members first.

Ya it would be nice and the virus scan can help ppl from spread viruses.

The contributor usergroup is able to upload files.. i pretty much accept anyone into that group as long as they dont flame and have a bunch of good posts.
