Charax is harrasing me!

Hello! I have a problem with this guy . Him added me on Skype and is accusing me for scamm, then ask me if I want to buy his account.
I don't scammed people on this forum, i don't want to do that. I work at my website and I want to get costumers from this forum.
I want to be fair play. I see she is doing same thing like me and is not correct.

I don't scamm, I will never do that and I'm fair play with my costumers, you can add all on skype and ask them how is my attitude.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this person has been banned on the forums multiple times for scamming and self-repping their own accounts.

Below: Here is a screenshot where they used one of their own accounts to give themselves reputation on another post. All three banned users above seem to be the same person.

Update: Randy Lair is connecting from Romanian proxy.
2 days ago his previous account got banned for fake repping.
Multi accounting found in high numbers, all are already banned

.ml is a free domain and the Romanian proxy user has gotten banned a lot of times trying to sell his fake gold.
