Need help setting up a public server

Okay so i have been trying for some time to find a decent source of which i can manipulate the databses unlike a repack.

I need someone with xp with creating public servers i would like someone to help me make this server and set it up, its been a dream of mine from when server's first came about and i need help to create 1 because if i dont do it now i never will anybody willing to show me how to run/setup a trinity core server 3.3.5a with bonus content , cata and mists content.

There are countless of guides in the emulation section, however I doubt anyone is interested in doing all the heavy lifting for you without getting paid.
