It's not really worth investing into a new motherboard considering Intel has been doing tiny performance increases every generation. If your current motherboard supports the E3-1230v2 processor, it's a much better choice to just plop it in rather than get something which performs ever so slightly better along with a new motherboard.
On a side note, a 500W could probably power a 780Ti though as it's a Corsair CX it's a good idea to upgrade it. In comparison, my overclocked 4790K/290X pull around 400W from the wall in demanding games. I'm not overly keen on XFX, though they are certainly not on the poor side of PSU manufacturers, I personally prefer Superflower or Seasonic.
