Buying Colour in your name

Hey, I was trying to buy colour in my name but I wasnt sure what to enter under the colour box.
Do you put the hex code in for the colour you want?

When i buy glows do i have to put the color name in lowercase or uppercase. Or does that matter at all and what are the colors.
