    In-app purchases third party sellers?

    Hello.
I hope I can get some information about this subject here...
so I noticed that in many phone app games, especially gacha games, there seem to be third pary sellers that sell the in-game currency for cheaper, the process in which it happens is that after they get the money through whatever payment method (usually paypal), they will go on your account and add the in-game currency to it for the amount you purchased.

now I noticed a lot of them, if not all of them, are from the Philippines

Can anyone shed some light on this? how does the process really works? how are they able to sell in-game currencies for cheaper and why all of them are from the philippines?

It's just cheaper to buy the currency in the philippines than it would be in say the US or UK, they'll recieve your payment, log in and purchase the currency and still make a profit from what you gave them. same as how some users are able to sell games on sites like g2a for cheaper than the official stores because they are sold for less in places like Russia.

yeah but it's not just cheapter, it's insanely cheapter, in the game I play, 1000 of the ingame currency, (will call it diamonds) cost $500, but they sell 1000 diamons for only 150$
    that's insane
