Step 1: Find an awesome post.




Step 2: Go to the poster which you would like to give +rep to, and click on his "+rep-auto-give-matic" button.



Warning: You must click this button, simply saying "LaWLz +rep dUde!!!" does not give actual rep!




Step 3: Fill out the form and submit.




Step 4: You will immediately see the effects.



Step 5: That's it, your done. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done and now, go post something yourself!


Amendment 1: Your rep giving power is based off your post count. So if you have 0 post, you give 0 rep. 200 posts, more rep power, etc. - Contributed by Majere

I laughed. xD Yes, this new reputation system is so diffucult now that the button was moved and no longer has an arrow, but instead big letters saying "REP"
