Need Help with Fake PayPal

I just sold account to some guy.
I made a new PayPal account and used Fake Namegenerator to generate name and address. I go the payment but i cant send it to my another paypal, coz i need to be verified.

Heres SS what they want from me to verify my account.

If someone can help me im willing to pay some amount of cash or give Eu Gamecard.

first of all, why would you make a fake account to sell YOUR account? o_O;
if he scammed you, there would be no way to prove it was you lol

if anything send him the money back and tell him you sent him the wrong info and send it to you Normal Paypal
